About The Position

Therapy Aides are valued members of the clinic team. They help ensure equipment and the clinic remain safe and clean for patients and support the front office by answering phones, collecting copays, checking in patients, and communicating with patients and their family members. The role may be a good opportunity for students pursuing exercise science, physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech therapy, and for people interested in healthcare and helping others.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and bedside manner.

• Proven exceptional customer service and patient care experience.
