Greet and assist students, faculty, and visitors in a welcoming, professional manner, serving as the first point of contact for the Student Success Center. Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries; provide accurate information or route questions to appropriate staff or services. Schedule appointments, manage sign-ins, and maintain front desk calendars using campus scheduling systems. Support daily administrative operations, including data entry, filing, copying, and maintaining organized front desk records. Monitor the reception area to ensure a clean, safe, and student-friendly environment. Maintain confidentiality and comply with FERPA and institutional policies when handling student information. Assist with special projects, events, and outreach activities that support student engagement and success. Responsible for other reasonable, related duties as assigned
