Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent education.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules and files efficiently.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% to various sites for administrative support.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to travel from site to site up to 75% of the time
  • Handle routine administrative tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Provide phone coverage and route technical issues appropriately.
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming mail.
  • Perform word-processing of drafted documents and proofread for accuracy and completeness.
  • Distribute documents and correspondence.
  • Perform basic database entry and file maintenance of customer information and/ or internal company records such as vacation log, training needs, timekeeping reports, personnel files, and general department files.
  • Process office supply requisitions, facilities requests, graphics services requests and office equipment repair requests.
  • Make travel arrangements and schedules meetings.

Benefits

  • Salary: $17.60 - $23.00 per hour, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
