About The Position

We are seeking a passionate Psychotherapist for Behavioral Health Services at Bryn Mawr Hospital. In this role, you will provide direct care to patients and families, completing routine assessments and evaluations, and developing and implementing treatment plans. You may also be involved in resource or clinical research to ensure patient needs are met. This position offers opportunities for career development through tuition reimbursement and is eligible for up to $6,000 per year based on employment status. You will collaborate with physicians, families, team members, insurance companies, and outside agencies. Requirements

• Graduate-level supervised internships or practice in an outpatient mental health setting.
• Minimum two years of post-graduate experience in an outpatient mental health setting.
• Master’s in Clinical or Counseling Psychology, or Master’s in Social Work.
• Pennsylvania Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to patients and families as appropriate to the age of the patient.
• Complete associated indirect or documentation responsibilities.
• Complete routine assessments and evaluations of patients according to discipline protocols.
• Develop and implement a treatment plan for each patient that is consistent with the patient’s needs.
• Involvement in resource or clinical research may be necessary to assure the patient’s needs are being met.
• Collaborate with patients referred for psychotherapeutic services, physicians, families, team members, other involved professionals and colleagues, insurance companies and outside agencies.
