About The Position
Grace Medical Group, LLC is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Psychotherapist to join our growing behavioral health team in West Orange, NJ. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping individuals and families achieve emotional wellness through quality, patient-centered care. Requirements
- Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
- Current New Jersey license required, such as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in outpatient mental-health care is preferred.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, and/or family psychotherapy services.
- Conduct mental-health assessments, treatment planning, and progress evaluations.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with medical providers and multidisciplinary team members.
- Support patients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, and other behavioral-health needs.
- Follow all professional, ethical, HIPAA, and organizational standards.
