About The Position

PAMHC is looking to hire a full-time Psychotherapist for our Ida Grove office. Full time is a minimum of 30 hours per week to maintain full benefits. 40 hours per week is preferred, but hours are negotiable. This position is hybrid with in-person and up to two remote telehealth days once telehealth case load can be supported. The Psychotherapist will offer case, program, and community consultation, and respond to emergencies when needed. They will assess needs, make diagnoses, and develop treatment plans during sessions with children and adults. The role involves providing outpatient therapy and brief counseling for clients of all ages. To support clear communication, coordinated care and improve client outcomes, the Psychotherapist will take part in regular team reviews. They will team up with internal Case Managers to coordinate referrals to Psychiatric, Community Support, Habilitation, Peer Support, and other appropriate services. The role also requires completing and maintaining proper documentation according to PAMHC standards and participating in the required on-call rotation, with additional pay for on-call work.

Requirements

  • MA/MS/MSW or Similar Professional Degree from Accredited Program
  • LMHC, LISW, LMFT, or Temporary Licensure tLMHC, tLMFT, LMSW
  • Valid Driver’s License and Insurance

Responsibilities
