About The Position

This role offers clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong organizational support in post-acute and long-term care settings (SNF/LTC/ALF/IRF). This is a full-time position, working 5 days per week, Monday through Friday, with no nights or weekends. The role involves onsite patient care and remote documentation. Responsibilities include providing clinical assessments, diagnoses, and individual psychotherapy, treating conditions such as depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorder, grief and loss, and life transitions. The psychotherapist will collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across various care settings. The coverage area includes Panama City, Panama City Beach, Miramar Beach, and Port St. Joe, Florida.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Florida State license as a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) or licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT)
• Eligible for independent practice and billing
• At least 2 years of experience needed as a psychotherapist

Nice To Haves

• Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred
• LCSW not considered at this time

Responsibilities
