About The Position

We are looking for a licensed Psychotherapist to join our team as an independent contractor. This role offers clinical autonomy, total schedule control, and the ability to work remotely from a home office. As a 1099 Contractor, you will provide high-quality teletherapy to a diverse caseload, while the company handles backend logistics. The position is 100% remote, allowing you to work from anywhere with a stable internet connection. The schedule is fully flexible, with you setting your own hours.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid, unrestricted license.
• Experience with evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, etc.).
• Comfortable navigating EHR systems and video conferencing tools.
• A private, quiet, and professional space to conduct confidential sessions.
• The self-motivation to manage your own caseload and administrative requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conducting initial assessments and developing personalized treatment plans.
• Providing evidence-based individual (and/or group/couples) therapy via a secure HIPAA-compliant platform.
• Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation (soap notes, treatment plans, etc.).
• Managing your own calendar and client volume based on your personal capacity.
