About The Position
This position exists to assist the Neuropsychologists in the provision of services to individuals with a variety of presumed or diagnosed neurological and medical conditions and their families in primarily outpatient settings. This individual will administer neuropsychological test batteries under the clinical supervision of a licensed neuropsychologist.
Requirements
- Must possess a BA or BS in Psychology or equivalent preparation
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with neurological/rehabilitation populations preferred
- Training in neuropsychological testing/assessment preferred
Responsibilities
- Interfaces with patient and family ensure a positive customer experience
- Assists with training of new neuropsychology technicians and students
- interfaces with the appropriate rehab program team members to exchange information and coordinate service as needed
- Provides and documents testing/assessment to patients in implementing programs designed by the Neuropsychologists
- Scores and prepares neuropsychological data per standardization and other relevant protocols within established timeframes
- Makes relevant neurobehavioral observations
