We are hiring Psychometrists in the Frisco, TX area to support licensed psychologists in delivering high-quality psychological and neuropsychological assessments. This role enhances assessment quality, increases psychologist capacity, and improves patient access to care.

Requirements

• Master ’s degree in Psychology or a related field OR Bachelor ’s degree in Psychology or a related field with experience in testing in a therapeutic or educational setting
• Prior experience in counseling or psychological testing preferred
• Strong assessment skills

Responsibilities

• Administer and score psychological/neuropsychological assessments
• Prepare test data summaries and behavioral observations
• Maintain testing materials (electronic and hard copy)
• Establish rapport and assist patients during evaluations
• Collaborate with supervising psychologists
• Coordinate test materials and limited scheduling support as needed
