About The Position

The Child Mind Institute is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Psychometrician for our Gund Learning and Diagnostic Center (LDC). The LDC Psychometrician is responsible for conducting exacting work for the neuropsychological assessments. The ideal, successful candidate will have some exposure to neuropsychological testing/administration. This is a non-exempt, part-time position located at our NYC headquarters. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Completion of graduate-level coursework in standardized cognitive, achievement, and/or language test administration and scoring (strongly preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable using and learning software programs
  • Extremely detailed oriented, methodical, focused and diligent
  • Professional demeanor and attitude
  • Commitment to discretion and integrity

Nice To Haves

  • Some exposure to neuropsychological testing/administration

Responsibilities

  • Scoring of psychometric tests and rating scales
  • Data entry
  • Proof read neuropsychological reports as needed
  • Complete other duties as assigned
