About The Position

Overview: Valid Ohio driver’s license and proof of auto insurance is required by hospital policy. Must pass a motor vehicle background inspection, insurance eligibility, driving qualifications and training set forth by Nationwide Children’s Hospital and must maintain qualification of insurance guidelines. Job Description Summary: Conducts psychological assessments, assists in therapy sessions, and observes and records patient behavior as part of a clinical team. Job Description: Essential Functions: Conducts psychological assessments and evaluations under the supervision of a licensed psychologist. Assists in the development and implementation of treatment plans for clients. Participates in individual and group therapy sessions with clients. Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and treatment. Conducts research and literature reviews to inform clinical practice. Attends and participates in clinical team meetings and case conferences.

Requirements

• Valid Ohio driver’s license and proof of auto insurance is required by hospital policy.
• Must pass a motor vehicle background inspection, insurance eligibility, driving qualifications and training set forth by Nationwide Children’s Hospital and must maintain qualification of insurance guidelines.
• Enrolled in an American Psychological Association (APA) accredited doctoral program in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology, required.
