About The Position

Liberty Healthcare is seeking a full-time Psychologist for its forensic mental health program. This program serves adults involved in the justice system who are experiencing mental illness. The program's objective is to provide rapid mental health services to improve behavioral health outcomes, facilitate early access to treatment, remove barriers, and efficiently restore competency. Services are delivered to individuals detained in various county jails across California. This is a hybrid position, allowing work primarily from a home office with occasional requirements to work at county jails.

Requirements

• Must be a licensed Psychologist in California or eligible for licensure.

Responsibilities

• Assessing clients
• Conducting competency evaluations
• Writing summary reports
• Collaborating with team members
• Participating in meetings and case conferences
