Psychologist (Pre-Doctoral/Post-Doctoral Internship)
About The Position
Central Focus Psychological Group is seeking pre- and post-doctoral students and psychologist candidates to conduct comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations. As a training facility, we are dedicated to supporting the development of essential skills including clinical interviewing, test administration, and the integration and interpretation of assessment data. Interns will manage a caseload of at least six evaluations per pay period (bi-weekly), with opportunities for additional clients upon approval. The evaluations cover a wide range of conditions listed in the DSM-5-TR, including neurodevelopmental disorders (autism, ADHD, learning disorders, communication disorders), neurocognitive disorders (cognitive decline), and other mental health conditions such as generalized anxiety, depression, and trauma. Our experienced supervisors provide close guidance to foster the growth of clinical assessment skills.
Requirements
- Must be enrolled in a doctoral program in Clinical Psychology or hold a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology.
- Candidates must be pre- or post-doctoral students or psychologists.
