Tewksbury Hospital, part of the Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH), is seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist IV to make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients and their families in an inpatient adult medical setting. In this role, you will provide direct psychological care, including individual and group therapy to adults ages 18+, while leading and coordinating therapy services such as DBT-informed skills groups, substance use treatment, and process-oriented therapy. As the supervising psychologist for interns, you will play a key role in shaping the next generation of clinicians through comprehensive training and mentorship. Your contributions as a consultant to multidisciplinary teams will help enhance patient care and foster a collaborative treatment environment. This position offers the opportunity to serve as a leader in psychological services, coordinating referrals, behavioral crisis management, and trauma-informed interventions. You will also engage in program development, staff education, and hospital-wide initiatives to promote best practices in rehabilitation psychology.
