About The Position
This is a leadership-focused behavioral health role overseeing psychological assessment services within a collaborative outpatient setting. The position offers the opportunity to supervise interns and clinical staff while guiding assessment program development and maintaining high standards of culturally responsive care. It involves a combination of psychological and neuropsychological testing, direct counseling services, treatment planning, and clinical mentorship. The role provides strong autonomy within a team-based clinical environment focused on serving diverse patient populations, utilizing the EPIC EMR platform with established workflows and administrative support.
Requirements
- Active California Psychologist license REQUIRED
- Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology REQUIRED
- Experience in psychological and neuropsychological testing REQUIRED
- Experience supervising clinicians, interns, or trainees REQUIRED
- Comfortable conducting comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, and risk evaluations REQUIRED

Responsibilities
- Supervise psychological and neuropsychological assessment services
- Train, mentor, and support interns and clinical staff
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and testing
- Provide direct counseling and behavioral health support services
- Complete risk assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
- Support development and improvement of assessment programs and workflows
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams within integrated behavioral health setting
