About The Position
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Psychiatry for a Locum Tenens position in Natick, MA. This role is for inpatient coverage, focusing on clinical duties only. The coverage period is from July 1, 2026, to September 15, 2026, to supplement existing staff. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. The average daily patient volume is 10-12 adult psychiatric patients. The facility utilizes the MediTech EMR system and has support staff available. While hospital privileges are not initially required, temporary privileges are available.
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE).
- Valid MA license.
- Experience as a Nurse Practitioner in Psychiatry.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical care to adult psychiatric patients in an inpatient setting.
- Manage a daily patient volume of 10-12 patients.
- Utilize the MediTech EMR system for patient documentation.
