About The Position

The Attending Psychiatrist of the Partial Hospitalization Program is legally and medically responsible for all clinical and treatment decisions, based upon input from staff, or patients within the unit and/or other treatment programs as required or assigned by the Medical Director and/or Executive Director.

Requirements

• Degree as a medical doctor, from an approved and accredited medical school, with a completed residency in psychiatry; board certification preferred.
• Internship and residency in psychiatry.
• Must possess knowledge of psychiatric disorders, medical conditions as they relate to psychiatric disorders, and pharmacological interventions.
