Requirements

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry.
Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in the State of Kansas.
DEA registration or eligibility to obtain.
Strong commitment to serving rural and underserved populations.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, treatment planning, medication management, and crisis intervention services for individuals across a variety of programs and levels of care.
Partner with clinical, administrative, and leadership teams to ensure exceptional client outcomes and the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services.
Collaborate closely with the Medical Director and organizational leadership in the planning, development, and continuous improvement of clinical programs and services.
Serve as a trusted clinical resource by providing consultation, guidance, and support to interdisciplinary treatment teams.
Participate in case reviews, quality improvement initiatives, and strategic discussions that help advance the Center's mission and strengthen care delivery throughout the region.
Conduct psychiatric reviews and medication management appointments while supporting continuity of care across multiple service locations.
Build meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues while helping address critical mental health needs in rural and underserved communities.
Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence, innovation, and collaboration while developing your own leadership skills and professional growth.
