Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Completion of an accredited Psychiatry residency program.
- Eligible for or currently holds a Connecticut medical license.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide ongoing medication management and supportive psychotherapy.
- Diagnose and manage a broad range of psychiatric and behavioral health conditions.
- Collaborate with psychologists, therapists, nurses, primary care providers, and other specialists to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, case reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Provide patient and family education regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and preventive mental health strategies.
- Support community wellness and behavioral health initiatives.
