About The Position

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Psychiatrist in Rochester, Pennsylvania. This is an outpatient psychiatry role focused on evidence-based behavioral healthcare for adults and children. Requirements

• MD or DO REQUIRED
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry REQUIRED
• Clear and active Pennsylvania medical license REQUIRED
• Active DEA license REQUIRED
• Strong patient-centered communication skills REQUIRED

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care for adults and children
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage behavioral health conditions
• Prescribe and monitor psychotropic medications
• Provide cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing as appropriate
• Conduct follow-up appointments and monitor treatment progress
• Facilitate referrals for additional support services and community resources
• Utilize Athena EMR system for clinical documentation
