About The Position
Ally Psychiatry is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist to join our growing behavioral health team in Chattanooga. This full-time psychiatry opportunity offers exceptional flexibility, allowing physicians to practice inpatient psychiatry, outpatient psychiatry, or a hybrid inpatient/outpatient model based on their clinical interests and professional goals. Whether you enjoy the fast-paced environment of inpatient behavioral health, the continuity of outpatient psychiatric care, or a balanced combination of both, this position offers the ability to customize your practice within a collaborative and well-supported behavioral health system.
Requirements
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist
- Tennessee medical license or ability to obtain licensure
- Interest in inpatient psychiatry, outpatient psychiatry, or integrated behavioral healthcare
- Strong communication and collaborative care skills
- New graduates and experienced psychiatrists encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and treatment planning
- Deliver care in inpatient and/or outpatient behavioral health settings
- Treat children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric behavioral health patients
- Collaborate with therapists, PMHNPs, social workers, and multidisciplinary care teams
- Supervise and support advanced practice providers
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
- Participate in shared psychiatrist call rotation
- Support high-quality, patient-centered psychiatric care delivery
