About The Position
This role involves directing medical treatment for members served within the scope of a Psychiatrist's licensure. The position requires participation in program leadership by communicating with program staff and members served, and ensuring superior quality medical practices that meet and exceed licensure requirements, payer standards, and client and community needs. There are two openings: one full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, onsite, and one part-time position working 16 hours per week, with flexible scheduling on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8 am to 5 pm, onsite.
Requirements
- A medical degree from a medical school accredited by the American Medical Association or the American Osteopathic Association and successful completion of residency training program in psychiatry
- Active DEA in good standing
Responsibilities
- Direct medical treatment to members served within the scope of your Psychiatrist licensure.
- Participate in the leadership of the program by participating and communicating with Program staff and members served.
- Ensure superior quality medical practices that meet and exceed licensure requirements, payer standards and client and community needs.
