About The Position

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Psychiatrist in Titusville, Pennsylvania. This is an outpatient psychiatry role focused on evidence-based behavioral healthcare for adults and children. The position offers a stable weekday-only schedule designed to support provider balance and continuity of care within a mission-driven behavioral health organization emphasizing culturally sensitive psychiatric services. It is a collaborative outpatient care environment with full clinical and administrative support staff, located in a Northwestern Pennsylvania community offering small-town living with access to outdoor recreation and natural surroundings.

Requirements

• MD or DO REQUIRED
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry REQUIRED
• Clear and active Pennsylvania medical license REQUIRED
• Active DEA license REQUIRED
• Strong patient-centered communication skills REQUIRED
• Ability to provide outpatient psychiatric care for adults and children REQUIRED

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based psychiatric care within outpatient setting
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage behavioral health conditions in adults and children
• Develop patient-centered psychiatric treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary behavioral health teams
• Support continuity of care and long-term patient outcomes
