We are seeking a Board-Certified Psychiatrist to join our Outpatient Substance Use Disorder (SUD) & Mental Health Treatment Center in Waynesboro, PA. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by delivering high-quality psychiatric care in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

Requirements

• Board Certified Psychiatrist
• Minimum 2 years of psychiatric practice experience
• Knowledge of co-occurring disorders and substance use treatment
• Knowledge of continuous quality improvement practices
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations, CARF standards, OMH, and DDAP requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

Nice To Haves

• Experience in drug and alcohol services

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and follow-up appointments
• Provide medication management and monitor treatment effectiveness
• Review lab results and monitor therapeutic blood levels
• Prepare discharge documentation, including physician orders and prescriptions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated client care
• Support and guide clinical staff to maintain high standards of care
• Participate in and complete peer review processes
• Perform additional duties as assigned
