Full-time or Part-time plus Work From Home Telehealth hybrid model.

Requirements

• Fully licensed in the state of Ohio
• true BE/BC
• unencumbered DEA.
• Experienced in treating Adults, Children or Lifespan

Responsibilities

• 100% outpatient work.
• No nights, no hospital calls, no weekends.
• Telemedicine and in-person flexibility - Hybrid model.
• Collaboration with mid-levels (optional).
