Requirements

Fully licensed in the state of Kentucky.
Board Eligible or Board Certified (BE/BC).
Unencumbered DEA.
Experienced in both medication management and psychotherapy.
Experienced in working with children & adolescents or across the lifespan.
Must reside within commutable distance of local clinic(s).

Experience with TMS (training will be provided).

Responsibilities

Provide psychiatric services within the TMS program.
Conduct medication management.
