About The Position
LifeStance Health is seeking a Psychiatrist (Adult or Child) to join their clinical team. The company's mission is to improve access to trusted, affordable, and personalized mental healthcare. This role is for a full-time position with flexible work schedules and a hybrid model, involving one day on-site at a Maryland location and three to four days fully remote for the Washington D.C. location. The position requires licensure in both Washington D.C. and Maryland. It is 100% outpatient work with no nights, hospital calls, or weekends. The role offers unlimited/uncapped earnings, a full benefits package, a collegial work environment, modern offices, full administrative support, and the latest digital technology, promoting a strong work/life balance. The compensation range is $314,000 to $371,000, with a productivity-based compensation model and a bonus incentive plan.

- Licensed in both Washington D.C. and Maryland
