About The Position
Deliver comprehensive outpatient psychiatric care to adults, including diagnostic evaluations, medication management, treatment planning, and close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team (nurses, therapists, social workers, and advanced practice providers). This role offers a flexible schedule with 36 patient-facing hours a week and 4 administrative hours. You will be supported by a robust administrative and clinical infrastructure in a physician-friendly, mission-driven environment backed by the Prime Healthcare network.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (ABPN)
- Current Illinois medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Valid DEA registration
- Strong clinical skills in adult outpatient psychiatry preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities with a passion for patient-centered behavioral health care
