About The Position
Iris Telehealth is seeking Psychiatrists licensed in Michigan to provide care in an outpatient Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) setting for 24–40 hours per week. This hybrid role includes a flexible on-site component in the Monroe, Michigan area. The in-person schedule is determined collaboratively and does not require a fixed number of on-site days. This opportunity offers the chance to collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team at one of Iris's behavioral healthcare partners, supporting adults with behavioral health needs while expanding access to care in the community. You'll work alongside experienced professionals and receive support from a strong on-site and administrative team—allowing you to focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional patient care. The role involves providing care in a hybrid setting (Onsite/Remote) within an Outpatient Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) in the Monroe, Michigan area. The schedule is flexible, Monday–Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. EST, for 24–40 hours per week. The in-person component is flexible and determined collaboratively with the partner, with no fixed requirement for on-site days. The patient population includes adults (18+) with mild to moderate behavioral health acuity, including a broad range of outpatient psychiatric conditions. Appointment times are 60-minute initial evaluations and 30-minute follow-up appointments, with 30 minutes of administrative time built into each clinic day. Dedicated clinical and administrative support staff are available to assist with patient flow, care coordination, and day-to-day operational needs. No on-call is required.
Requirements
- Active Michigan medical license required (or ability to obtain prior to start).
- Availability for 24–40 hours per week during EST business hours.
- Experience treating adult patients (18+) in an outpatient behavioral health setting preferred.
- Telehealth experience preferred.
- Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.
