About The Position
The main purpose of this position is to provide the full performance level of clinical psychiatric services to patients suffering from behavioral health care issues who are in need of treatment. Psychiatric medical care is provided in the Behavioral Health Administration in a 24/7 facility in central Maryland by licensed and board-certified psychiatrists.
Requirements
- Board certified in Psychiatry by the American Board of Medical Specialties or other Board approved by the Maryland Board of Physicians.
- Licensed by the Maryland Board of Physicians to practice medicine under Maryland State Law.
- As required for certification in Psychiatry by the American Medical Association Specialty Board or other Board approved by the Maryland Board of Physicians.
