About The Position

Ally Psychiatry is seeking a compassionate and collaborative Psychiatrist or Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our behavioral health team in Augusta. This full-time position includes responsibilities across inpatient, residential, Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) settings serving patients with a broad range of behavioral health needs. The role involves treating adolescents and adults ages 12+ with a diverse clinical caseload including mood and anxiety disorders, ADHD and behavioral disorders, and general psychiatric conditions. The position offers a collaborative multidisciplinary treatment environment, supervision of Nurse Practitioners, participation in treatment team meetings and care planning, and a call schedule of one night per week and one weekend per month. Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
• Active or eligible for Georgia medical license
• DEA registration or eligibility
• Strong interest in collaborative and team-based care

Nice To Haves

• Fellowship training in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
• Comfort treating adult patients when needed (for Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist)
• Experience and comfort treating children and adolescents (for Adult Psychiatrist)

Responsibilities

• Treating patients across inpatient, residential, PHP, and IOP settings.
