Psychiatric Technician (Adult Dual Diagnosis), Per Diem Day Shift, Behavioral Health
About The Position
AHC SGrim Behavioral Health is seeking to hire a Psychiatric Tech who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing. As a Psychiatric Technician, you will facilitate patient-professional collaboration at all levels of health care, monitor therapeutic treatment, recognize and value differences in the care team and create a setting conducive to opinion-sharing. You will collaborate with the treatment team to develop patient care protocols and procedures, incorporate clinical guidelines into patient care, and use information technology to deliver safe and efficient care.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years in related field
- High School Diploma or GED
- Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in inpatient behavioral health setting preferred
