Garnet Health System provides a compensation range to comply with the New York State law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The range for the role is $25.79 -$32.04 hourly. The range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits. When determining a team member’s compensation and/or rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., location, specialty, service line, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, negotiated contracts, budget and internal equity).
Requirements
- High School Graduate/equivalent
- One year experience in Behavioral Health or related human services field required if no college background.
- Current BLS certification.
- Must attend hospital crisis training program within 3 months of hire or transfer and annually thereafter.
Nice To Haves
- 2 year College Degree related to psychology preferred
