Community Care Network is looking for a Psychiatric Services Nurse (RN) to join their team. The Crisis Stabilization and Intervention Division (CSID) Residential Program is a short-term, five-bed mental health crisis stabilization facility licensed as a Transitional Crisis Residence (TCR). The program serves individuals experiencing acute mental health symptoms and provides an environment focused on stabilization, assessment, and support to help individuals safely transition back to the community. The Psychiatric Services Nurse provides nursing care and clinical support to individuals residing in the CSID Residential Program, consistent with professional licensure and nursing standards of practice. This role is responsible for assessing and monitoring individuals’ health needs, supporting medication management, and ensuring that medical concerns are addressed in a timely and effective manner. The Psychiatric Services Nurse also provides training, oversight, and competency validation for non-licensed direct care staff involved in medication delegation and related health support activities, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and standards of care. As an integral member of the interdisciplinary treatment team, the Psychiatric Services Nurse collaborates closely with internal and external providers to meet the medical needs of individuals served by the program. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse population of individuals and to collaborate closely with direct care staff and manager. The Psychiatric Services Nurse works in close partnership with the prescribing team, including the Medical Director, as well as Residential Manager to ensure high-quality, coordinated care.
