About The Position
The Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services Aide (PRSA) is responsible for group and individual psychosocial rehabilitation and case management services to adults within a long term care/nursing home setting. The PRSA will participate with the interdisciplinary team to develop, implement and evaluate effective therapeutic services via facility programming. Crestwood Terrace is an Intermediate Care Facility, providing care to the mentally ill/behavior health population (ages 21 and up).
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required
- Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment physical and criminal history background check
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience as a PRSA in healthcare center preferred
- Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) is helpful
