About The Position
Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Psychiatric Physician Assistant (PA) in Pasco, Washington. This is an outpatient psychiatric physician assistant opportunity within a mission-driven behavioral health organization. The role focuses on psychotherapy, medication management, and behavioral health treatment planning, with an opportunity to support underserved and diverse patient populations in a collaborative community care environment. It offers a predictable weekday schedule supporting exceptional work-life balance, a strong compensation structure with performance bonuses, retirement match, and a generous time off package. The position features a Monday-Friday daytime schedule with no nights or weekends, zero call or holiday shift responsibilities, an exceptional 8% employer retirement match, sign-on and relocation assistance totaling $20,000, student loan repayment eligibility up to $50,000, and a sustainable patient volume averaging 18-20 patients daily. There is strong administrative and clinical support staff structure.
Requirements
- Active Washington Physician Assistant license REQUIRED or ability to obtain

Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient psychiatric evaluations and medication management services
- Deliver psychotherapy and behavioral health interventions for diverse patient populations
- Support patients with mental health and substance abuse disorders

- Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
- Participate in mission-driven behavioral health initiatives supporting underserved communities

- Base salary: $120,000-$145,000 annually
