Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Part Time
About The Position
Clarvida is seeking a Part-Time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join their team in the Tri-Cities, WA (Richland, Pasco, Kennewick) area. In this role, you will meet with clients, typically adults who have been discharged from state hospitals, or reside in assisted living facilities or adult family homes and have difficult behaviors to manage. You will conduct individualized psychiatric medication evaluations, prescriptions, and follow-up visits. This position involves weekdays with occasional evening and weekend options, and requires on-call responsibility twice a year. The role is approximately 20 hours per week, with in-person visits required once a month. Clarvida emphasizes employee empowerment and a commitment to improving lives and communities.
Requirements
- PMHNP preference and active ARNP license in WA or ability to become licensed in WA
- Active DEA
- Prior experience working with the geriatric population and/or adults
- Intermediate level skills of technology for at-home tele-health service
- Willing and able to travel once a month or every other month to facilities across various WA counties for in-person client meetings
- Satisfactory results of State and Federal background checks
- Reliable transportation with valid automobile insurance
