About The Position
Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Tennessee Department of Correction. We are currently seeking a full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Debra K. Johnson Rehabilitation Center located in Nashville, Tennessee. The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner provides mental health/psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients under the clinical direction of a psychiatrist and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team in providing mental health services to patients in a correctional setting.
Requirements
- Active TN APRN license or ability to obtain
- Active DEA
- PMHNP certification
- Ability to pass background, drug screening and credentialing
Responsibilities
- Provides mental health/psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients under the clinical direction of a psychiatrist.
- Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team in providing mental health services to patients in a correctional setting.
