About The Position
Serenity Healthcare is hiring a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for its physician-owned and operated interventional psychiatry practice. The role focuses on patient care, supported by an operational model designed to reduce administrative work for providers. The practice offers interventional treatments including TMS and ketamine infusion therapy. The position is outpatient-only, with no call responsibility. The schedule is three 13-hour shifts per week. Serenity Healthcare provides paid training for BrainsWay Deep TMS certification and clinical support with an 8:1 staff-to-provider ratio. Compensation is $150,000 annually, plus incentives.
