About The Position

Entune Behavioral Health offers outpatient behavioral health services for children and adults in multiple clinics throughout Arizona. We provide couple’s and family therapy services, Psychiatric Evaluations, and Medication Management Services. We are actively seeking a provider in Tucson , AZ, to service our clinics in Arizona.

Requirements

Active and unrestricted Arizona medical license.
Current and unrestricted DEA certificate.
Current CPR, AED, First Aid, DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card certifications.
Effective communication skills.
Outstanding organization skills and ability to multi-task.
Takes Initiative, creative, has problem solving ability, is adaptable, and flexible.
Ability to work without direct supervision and practice autonomously.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Counsels and educates patients and families about acute and chronic conditions or concerns.
Documents items such as: chief complaint, past medical, family, and social history, review of systems, examinations, medications, allergies, assessment, and plan.
Formulates diagnostic and treatment plans.
Assists with oversight of Therapist’s intakes as applicable based on insurance requirements.
Prescribes and administers medications, therapies, and procedures.
Orders lab and imaging tests to determine and manage an immediate treatment plan and provides advice on follow up.
Completes integrated healthcare referrals internally and externally as requested and as medically necessary.
Responsible for the coordination of care with specialists and appropriate ancillary services.
Attends interdisciplinary team meetings and provides consultation as applicable.
Completes all documentation and paperwork in a timely manner (48 hours) in the electronic healthcare record.
Maintains quality of care standards as defined by the practice.
