About The Position

UpLift is redefining the mental healthcare model by creating a multi-sided marketplace that uses technology to connect patients with Therapists and Psychiatric providers covered by their insurance plan. Despite a significant portion of the population struggling with mental health issues, many do not receive care due to barriers like cost and limited insurance acceptance. UpLift aims to bridge this gap by empowering patients to find affordable, high-quality mental healthcare. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely and collaborate with a network of licensed therapists to deliver evidence-based care.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience as a certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
• Active medical license in good standing.
• Comfortable prescribing medication when clinically appropriate and permitted by state law.
• Skilled at using online tools and technology to deliver virtual care.
• United States (Required)

Nice To Haves

• Previous telemedicine experience is a plus.
• Multiple state licenses and fluency in additional languages are strong advantages.

Responsibilities

• Conduct video consultations and message with patients via telemedicine.
• Assess, screen, diagnose, and prescribe medication as clinically appropriate.
• Coordinate treatment planning and care delivery with UpLift’s network of licensed therapists.
• Provide empathetic, high-quality care and uphold UpLift’s clinical and service standards.
• Share product and workflow feedback with UpLift’s engineering and operations teams to help improve care delivery.
