About The Position

TeamHealth is seeking a psychiatric nurse practitioner to provide high-quality, evidence-based psychiatric care in an outpatient, integrated behavioral health setting. This role collaborates closely with primary care clinicians to support whole-person care. Estimated compensation range of $135,000 - $165,000 annually with no cap on productivity income.

Requirements

• Licensed PMHNP (or APRN/PA with psychiatric training) in North Carolina
• DEA registration

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years psychiatric experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform psychiatric evaluations and DSM-based diagnoses
• Manage medications and treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Ensure timely, compliant documentation
• Support crisis triage and referrals as needed
