About The Position
Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Indiana Department of Corrections. We are currently seeking a full time (30 hours/week) Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Correctional Industrial Facility located in Pendleton, Indiana. This position qualifies for Full-time Benefits. The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner provides mental health/psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients under the clinical direction of a psychiatrist and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team in providing mental health services to patients in a correctional setting.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Indiana license & DEA
- Minimum of two years of experience as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) is preferred
Responsibilities
- Provides mental health/psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients under the clinical direction of a psychiatrist.
