About The Position
Serenity Healthcare is hiring a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The physician-owned and operated interventional psychiatry practice aims to reduce administrative work so providers can focus on patient care. The practice offers interventional treatments including TMS and ketamine infusion therapy and describes its outcomes as best in industry. The role is outpatient-only with no call responsibility. The schedule is three 13-hour shifts per week. The position includes paid training for BrainsWay Deep TMS certification, clinical support with an 8:1 staff-to-provider ratio, an annual salary of $150,000 plus incentives, and 33 days of paid time off annually. The company also offers quarterly events and annual retreats.
