Requirements

• Licensed in Colorado with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification
• Must live in Colorado (this is NOT a 100% remote position and requires some level of in-office presence)
• Must have or be able to obtain Prescriptive Authority
• Must have or be able to obtain DEA
• 1 year PMHNP experience

• Deliver high quality behavioral healthcare.
• Provide telemedicine and in-person care.
• Work collaboratively within a collegial team environment.
