About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners in Rhode Island to provide behavioral healthcare in an outpatient setting. The organization delivers mental healthcare in person at clinics and through telemedicine. Nurse Practitioners are part of the clinical team and provide medication management and therapy to adult and/or child and adolescent populations. The role offers flexible schedules, a choice of telemedicine and in-person care, administrative support, and modern offices equipped with digital technology. Compensation is productivity-based, with a stated range of $187,200–$295,520, and includes opportunities for sign-on and cash productivity bonuses. A full benefits package is offered.
Requirements
- Licensed in Rhode Island.
- Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification.
- Experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
- Experience in both medication management and therapy.
