About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners to provide behavioral healthcare in outpatient settings, both in person and through telemedicine. The role is part of a clinical team focused on high-quality, evidence-based mental healthcare for children, adolescents, and adults. Candidates should be committed to patient care and clinical excellence, and have experience with medication management as well as therapy. The position offers flexible work schedules, telemedicine and in-person flexibility, administrative support, and opportunities for professional growth. The compensation range is $187,200–$295,520, with a productivity-based compensation model and uncapped earning potential. A sign-on bonus and cash productivity bonus are offered. Requirements
- Licensed in Rhode Island.
- Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification.
- Experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
- Experience in both medication management and therapy.
