About The Position
Serenity Healthcare is hiring a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for its San Antonio West, Texas location. The physician-owned and operated interventional psychiatry practice aims to reduce administrative work so providers can focus on patient care. The practice offers interventional treatments, including TMS and ketamine infusion therapy, and provides clinical support at an 8:1 staff-to-provider ratio. This is an outpatient role with no call responsibility and a schedule of three 13-hour shifts per week. The position includes paid training to become BrainsWay Deep TMS certified, an annual salary of $150,000 plus incentives, medical benefits with 90% of premiums paid for the whole family, and 33 days of paid time off annually. The company also offers quarterly events and annual retreats.
