About The Position

LifeStance Health is seeking Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners in Rhode Island who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. The role is part of an outpatient mental healthcare practice serving children, adolescents, and adults, with care provided in person at clinics and through telemedicine. Nurse Practitioners are a critical part of the clinical team and provide medication management and therapy.

The position offers flexible work schedules, flexibility between telemedicine and in-person care, productivity-based compensation with uncapped earning potential, and clinical and administrative support. Requirements

• Licensed in Rhode Island.
• Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification.
• Experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
• Experience in both medication management and therapy.
